| i must announce my disappointment somewhere. Barbaz told me this, but i was in denial and absolutely refused to believe it. Until i saw it today on the website with my very own eyes. Final decisions will not be posted online. did you read that clearly? let me post it again... | so this year has officially flown by faster than any other. its been crazy. full of work that never seemed to end and late nights writing papers. more stops in guidance than ever before. selling pizza every day three. lunch times spent developing pictures. people who have really impacted me and even changed my life in ways. teachers who taught me lessons that extended outside the classroom. being a pequannock fan at montville high school. my best friends. things changed this year in many ways, but most were for the better. confession: i loved junior year. it has been my favorite year thus far of high school. my grades were best this year. i had the most fun this. i learned a lot about life and myself this year. i couldn't have asked for more.
i havent posted anything in almost a month, so i'll give a quick summary. the forensics banquet was a great event, as it always is and the video went pretty well. the next day was prom which was absolutely amazing. then the next day chris and i went down the shore and spent the weekend in LBI. the next weekend i hopped on a plane and flew to chicago with over 2300 forensics kids from around the country. i met so many new people there [esp on the dance floor!], got to know my own team a lot better, and had some deep dish pizza  and then june is seeming to fly right past my eyes. move up day is this thursday. my last move up day ever. the day i've had for the past 11 years is ending. its a very scary thing to begin the "lasts". i get to wear a senior shirt. i'm going to be a SENIOR. im getting pretty scared, but still very excited. 11 years down and only 1 left to go. better make it the best one yet... |
